Office Add-in

Use in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Sign in, open a vault file into the current document, save, and share.

The task pane uses the same biometric sign-in as the website. Each host lists only the files it can open.

When you use it

You are already in Word, Excel, or PowerPoint and need a DocuID file in that window.

The DocuID task pane in Word.

The pane covers the full loop: biometric login, your document list, share by email or mobile, and sign out.

Open the pane

On the Home ribbon click DocuID. The pane opens beside the document.

Enter your registered mobile number and send the biometric push. Approve in iVALT. There is no password field.

Open, save, share

The list is filtered: Word shows documents, Excel shows workbooks, PowerPoint shows decks. Open a file into the current window. Save writes a new vault version or creates a new DocuID document. Share from the pane without switching apps.

Word — the pane lists Word documents only.
