Activity and notifications
The audit trail and the inbox for shares, invites, and access requests.
Activity is a newest-first log of what happened to your files and account. Notifications are actionable alerts (a share arrived, someone joined a team).
When you use it
You want to know who opened a file, or you need to act on an invite.
Activity
Open app.docuid.net/activity. Filter by date and action (uploads, views, shares, deletes, logins). Entries link back to the file, share, or team.
Notifications
Open the bell or app.docuid.net/notifications. Typical events: document shared, share accepted, share revoked, access requested, team invitation, team joined. Mark one item read, or mark all read.
If something goes wrong
| Problem | What to do |

| Missing event | Clear activity filters; not every notification is an activity row. |
| Unread badge stays | Open Notifications and Mark all read. |
| Invite not in the list | Check the invitation email, or ask the owner to resend. |
