DocuID DocsGet the iVALT app
Install iVALT and register your mobile number before you use DocuID.
DocuID has no passwords. Every sign-in, vault unlock, and many share checks are approved on your phone in the iVALT app. Without it, you cannot use the workspace or the Office Add-in.
When you use it
Before the first visit to app.docuid.net/login, and again whenever you set up a new phone.
Install iVALT
Download the official app (setup takes less than five minutes):
- iPhone / iPad — App Store
- Android — Google Play
Search for iVALT published by iVALT. Keep the phone nearby whenever you sign in.
Register your mobile number
Open iVALT and complete registration with the number you will use at DocuID sign-in. That number is your identity. It cannot be changed later from the workspace settings screen.
Keep push notifications on
DocuID sends a biometric request to this phone. Enable notifications for iVALT so the approval prompt appears immediately.
If something goes wrong

| Cannot find the app | Use the store links on this page. Do not install similarly named apps. |
| No push arrives | Confirm notifications are allowed, you are on the registered phone, and the number matches. |
| Number already used | Sign in with that number — the account is already tied to it. |
| New phone | Install iVALT, register the same number, then sign in to DocuID as usual. |
