Sign-in uses iVALT only — no password and no one-time email code for the workspace itself.

When you use it

Every time you open app.docuid.net on a browser that does not already have an active session.

Before you begin: install iVALT from the App Store or Google Play and finish registration. See Get the iVALT app.

Go to app.docuid.net/login. You should see Welcome back and the line “Log in with iVALT biometrics. No passwords or OTPs.”

Choose the country code, type the number you registered in iVALT, then click Send biometric push. A request is sent to that phone.

Open the iVALT notification and approve with biometrics. You can click Cancel on the website if you need to start over.

After approval you see document and share counts, unread notifications, recent activity, storage usage, quick actions, and recent files.

Problem	What to do
No notification	Check iVALT is installed, notifications are on, and the number is exact.
You denied the push	Click Send biometric push again and approve.
Wrong country code	Change the code and resend. The number must match iVALT registration.
Session expired later	You will be sent back to login. Approve a new push.
